Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Sharvora's website and pay-per-request API services. By purchasing or using a Sharvora resource, you agree to these terms.

Service model and payments

Sharvora offers API capabilities priced per request. A protected endpoint may return HTTP 402 with an exact USDC payment requirement. The payment terms presented in that challenge control the price for that request. Blockchain settlements are generally irreversible once successfully settled.

Permitted use

You may use Sharvora for lawful automation, analysis, verification, and technical workflows. You may not use it to violate law, evade access controls, attack systems, interfere with service operation, or submit content or targets you are not authorized to process.

Decision-support limitation

Sharvora provides informational and technical outputs. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Security-related outputs are automated observations, not certifications or guarantees. You remain responsible for downstream decisions.

Data and external providers

Outputs can depend on caller-supplied inputs, public network observations, and third-party services. External providers listed by Sharvora are not Sharvora inventory and are governed by their own terms, availability, pricing, and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

Services may change, be repriced, be temporarily unavailable, or be retired. Sharvora aims to fail closed when a product is not ready rather than charge for known placeholder output.

Warranty and liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sharvora is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative, or downstream losses arising from use of an output.

Governing framework

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States and California law, subject to any non-waivable rights that apply to a user.
